Is Insights Trader regulated?

Yes – Insightstrader is a company operated by the International Securities Limited, a financial services company incorporated in Vanuatu and regulated by the Vanuata Financial Services Commission. License Number: 40125. The company is licensed to provide trading services in financial and commodity-based derivative instruments and other securities.

What is Forex Trading?

Foreign exchange, commonly known as ‘Forex’ or ‘FX’, is the exchange of one currency for another at an agreed exchange price on the over-the-counter (OTC) market. Forex is the world’s most traded market, with an average turnover in excess of US$5.3 trillion per day.

 

What is a Binary Option?

A binary option is a type of option in which the payoff can have two possible outcomes. It gives a return of a fixed amount of money if the option expires “in-the-money” or “out-of-the-money.” Insightstrader offers you up to 80% returns if the option expires in-the-money.

 

What is an Underlying Asset?

A commodity, index, stock, currency pair or any other financial asset that constitutes the basis for creating an option.

 

What is a Call Option?

An option that provides the holder a predetermined return profit if the price level of the underlying asset is above the level at which it was purchased.

 

What is a Put Option?

An option that provides the holder a predetermined return profit if the price level of the underlying asset is below the level it was purchased at.

 

What is the investment amount?

The amount of money invested in a trade.

 

How to invest?

To invest, you need to select an asset and an expiry time. A default investment amount is offered, and you can change it if you prefer. Choose “Call” or “Put”, according to your prediction of the asset’s direction, and your investment will be immediately processed.

 

What is the time zone of the expiry time?

The site’s trading hours and expiries time are shown according to your PC’s time zone.

 

Why can’t I invest?

All our assets are available during market trading hours. Outside market trading hours, the asset will be displayed in Insightstrader but will be marked as disabled. On rare occasions, investments are not available for certain assets owing to technical reasons. Usually these problems are quickly resolved, and you may try again shortly. Other than this, you will not be able to invest if you have insufficient funds in your account.

 

Deposits And Withdrawals

What are my deposit options?

A deposit may be made with Visa, MasterCard cards, several debit cards, Skrill or by a bank transfer.

 

Which currencies can I use in My Account?

US Dollars, Euros, Pounds Sterling,

 

How can I withdraw my profits?

To withdraw money from your Insightstrader ™ account, please login to the account, click on “My Account”>”Withdraw” and follow the instructions.

 

Can I cancel my withdrawal request?

Yes, simply go to “My Account” and look for the “Reverse Withdrawal” tab, select the withdrawal you wish to reverse, and click Submit. The amount will be added to your balance immediately.

 

Where can I view my transactions history?

All deposits, withdrawals and investments history can be viewed in the My Account section. Simply login to your account and select the information you wish to view.

 

How can I update my personal details?

You can update the information in My Account>Personal Details or contact us by email support@insightstrader.com

What should I do if I have forgotten or misplaced my password?

If you have forgotten your password, press “Forgot password?” on the pink login button.

 

Where can I view my transactions history?

All your deposits, withdrawals and investments history can be viewed in the My Account section.
